Legion TD Abbreviations and Glossary

Understand common Legion TD chat terms for economy, sends, King upgrades, units, heroes, positioning, and fast team communication.

Legion TD teams compress plans into a few characters because the lobby and build phases move quickly. This glossary translates common shorthand into plain language so a new player can follow calls without pretending every region, map version, and friend group uses identical vocabulary.

Economy, building, and lane state

TermMeaning
10/3, 10/4, 10/7A compact economy report: ten wisps followed by the stated lumber-upgrade level.
HolderA player whose lane is especially well suited to the upcoming pressure and can often help clear teammates’ leaks.
OBOverbuilt: more defensive value has been committed than the current plan reasonably needs.
PushInvest in wisps and lumber upgrades to improve the team’s future sending economy.
SpawnA build placed close to the point where the wave enters the lane, usually to engage earlier.
SuiShort for a suicide push: an extreme economy choice that largely stops adding defensive value. It is high risk and should be coordinated.

How to read compound calls

Team calls often combine a lane group, an action, and a unit. “Top send T1” assigns the requested first group of sends to the top lanes, while another call may give the bottom lanes a different group. The exact members of T1 and T2 can vary with the caller’s convention, so the unit names that follow are more important than the label alone.

Numeric King calls work similarly. The numbers are a compact allocation, not a sentence. Repeat the call in plain language when teaching a new player, and confirm whether values describe the total team target or each player’s contribution.

Communication habits that prevent mistakes

  • Use `+` to acknowledge a plan so the caller knows the message was seen.
  • State the wave number when a send could otherwise be ambiguous.
  • Name unfamiliar units instead of inventing a new abbreviation mid-game.
  • Report useful scouting information, not every unit visible in the lane.
  • Ask one short clarifying question before committing shared resources.

A living community language

Shorthand changes as maps, units, and communities change. This page favors definitions that help players act, and it avoids treating local slang as a permanent game rule. If your group uses an important term that is missing, send it through the community contribution form with the context in which it is used.
